Export to PDF error Arabic character

Hi, When we export a text containing Arabic characters to PDF, it transfers Turkish and Russian characters but does not show arabic characters.
We can not get help from the support unit . I am sending the required files
Do you have any idea?

maybe unicode font problem, what font are you using? try GNU Unifont
