Bug with ReprintOnNewPage and StartNewPage

Hi, i have a report like

GroupHeader
GroupHeader
MasterData
GroupFooter
GroupFooter

I need the first GroupHeader at the start of ever page; when a group is greater than a page, the report generates more than 10.000 pages and is closed automatic (Delphi also).

This happens if I have both activated variables, but not, but I need them
