Doubts about DB Cross tab object

I have some doubts about DB Cross tab object:

- How can I format the Total Column and Total Row?
- Is there a way to insert a title of the first column?
- Can I insert more than one field in the row section without a subtotal? If I insert two fields, the db crosstab object automatically create a subtotal for the second field and I don??t want this.
