2 data rows on MasterData

Hello
I want to scatter the TfrxMemoView components on the MasterData row on 2 rows
but if the second row data value is empty I want the MasterData to stretch to the height of one row.

Can I do it and if yes how?

    Use stretched TfrxMemoView with heightt for 1 row
