How to draw a horizontal line in a CHART at a certain Y value

Hi,

I need to draw a line accros a barchart at a certain Y value.

Any ideas? Can I do this from the script?

I am using FR5.1 (no access to Delphi), end-user with FR Designer only.

I've attached an image of what I need to do.
