DB image blank

I have a report that displays images from a SQL Server table. One customer is complaining that about 1/3 of the images are blank in the report.

I can see them in the database and in the underlying query so there is data. I can see the images in the image editor (Imageen).

I am using Delphi Seattle and just installed the latest version of FR.

Any suggestions?

    Check stored images format. Try to use BMP or JPG
