Components to toolbox "choose items"

I tried the 2 ways, by manually toolox: press right click in toolbox and "choose items". After Fast.Report.dll and choose the add FastReport.Editor.dll, FastReport.VSDesigner.dll and FastReport.dll to the GAC. For it open Visual Studio tools folder (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0 \ Common7 \ Tools \ Shortcuts), open Developer Command Prompt is, still did not work, it is Microsoft Windows 10 ???

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
