View and print Report

i have a question for use the FReports in a Delphi-Prg.
The Problem is, that most users, who work with our delphi-prg. can??t view or print reports.(it??s execute??s with no errors??s on screen)
Need they a ?.dll-File in there Windows\System32- Directory ?
