Cannot set Columns to a Data Band

BUG: In FastReport.Net 2016.2.17, you cannot set Columns to a Data Band.

The property 'Columns' for the data band displays: (BandColumns).

However, when clicking in the property, there is no ellipsis button [...] visible, to open a 'Columns' dialog popup.

To check, I created a new report (not inherited), created a data source, and set the data band to the data source. Then tried Properties>Columns. No go.

Perhaps I'm not doing something correctly. Can anyone suggest a way to set columns for a data band?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
