Pdf create not visible

Hi, one of my customers tell me that the pdf file exported from fastreport.net (1.6.4) are not fully visible on some pc, or in some smartphone (iphone, nokia lumia) ecc...
On my computers all works well.
In my android phone i've to use google drive pdf viewer to view it good.
Whats wrong?...
Is an old version with problem with new systems??

    In most of the Mac OS based systems sometimes the PDF is not supported at all as there are several restrictions due to system generated issues. They can take suggestions instructed by Apple customer support that will be fruitful for them.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
