FR4 reinstall

I have D XE7 pro and Emb's FR 5, Win 10.
I have a license for FR 4 Std.
I need to make some charts so I removed FR 5
I dl'ed fr4_15_13_d20s.exe and ran the installer as admin.
FR is not in the components list. Tried to add manually but I get
"Can't load package C:\Program Files (x86)\FastReports\FastReport 4\LibD20\fs20.bpl.
The specified module could not be found."

How do I get FR4 to work?

    FR 4 doesn't supports XE7
    You may upgrade FR4 to FR5

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
