Debugger exception with localized project

I have a project, that call print dialog. I localize them with standard Delphi localization tool. When I'm activate any language and try to print report, I receive debugger exception: resource <Class name> not found.
This case reproduced with any application, include standard FR demo.
This video demonstrate the problem.

Is it possible to resolve this problem?
Thank you.

have you created the fr language resource files for or the language you are trying to use?
look in your fr installation folder/res and read the notes on installing other languages

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
