Variant or Safe Array Index out of bounds

I am using ver 2.5 on several projects and every thing was fine until yesterday. When double click on frReport component to modify it, an error message pops up: "Variant or Safe Array Index out of bounds". Once this message appears, any existing project I open (or even start a New Appliation) I keep on getting this same error message. If I still enter into the report and try to modify it then Access Violation ..... etc comes up.

The only difference I can think of is that now I have XP Service Pack 2 installed. Should this make any difference. Does any one of you have any idea about this problem.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
