FastReport.Report exception in IIS 7

I'm using the latest FastReports.Net demo.
Running on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
Visual Studio 2013 VB .Net
.Net Framework 4.5
Creating a Web Application (compiled DLL)

The reports work fine while running under Visual Studio but when I publish to IIS 7 I receive the following error when I try to create the pdf report.
The type initializer for 'FastReport.Report' threw an exception

Any ideas why this is?

    What is the .Net Framework version Application Pool for the site under IIS set to?

    I tried to install FastReports.Net demo on Windows 8 and also got such error. I thought that this depends on version of Windows
