Datetime data after export to Excel occur as General format

I have my frx file which contains contract dates

<TableCell Name="Cell3" Border.Lines="All" Text="[Main.contBegDate]" Format="Date" />
<TableCell Name="Cell4" Border.Lines="All" Text="[Main.contEndDate]" Format="Date" />

The source Main is DataTable, where contBegDate and contEndDate is of datetime type.

When I export data from DataTable with FastReport mechanism directly to Excel, on screen it looks fine.
But the type of the cells with dates is "General", not "Date"

    Frequently, when exporting data out of an enterprise application into Excel, dates export as text entries. When this occurs, it might be necessary to convert the text dates to Excel dates so that you can perform calculations in Excel. In this tip, you will learn how to quickly convert ????????¬?????text dates????????¬?? to ????????¬?????Excel dates????????¬?? using a long-standing feature in Excel.

    Using Text To Columns Wizard To Convert Test Labels To Dates galaxy s6 edge plus handyh??lle

    Though numerous methods exist for these types of conversions, perhaps the quickest method is to select the text-oriented dates and then on the Data tab of the Ribbon, choose Text to Columns to open the Convert Text to Columns Wizard dialog box. In the Text to Columns dialog box, click Next twice to advance to Step 3, as shown in Figure 1. In Step 3, change the Column data format from General to Date, as shown in Figure 1, and click Finish to complete the process. Upon doing so, Excel converts the text strings to numbers formatted to look like dates.
    You can also use this process to change the style of the date from, for example, a European date (Day/Month/Year) format to an American style (Month/Day/Year) format. To do so, repeat the process described previously, selecting the dates that are in the D/M/Y format of the European dates. In the Convert Text to Columns Wizard, be sure to select the M/D/Y format option next to Date. Upon clicking Finish, Excel copies and converts the European style dates to American style dates,

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
