FR3 to FRX format conversion
Hello,
in my project i am facing with report filetype conversion. I have an older application with all the reports made in FR3 format. Now we are developing a new version of this software and want to migrate application reports to Fastreport.NET. Are there any tools around to do the job?
I already googled a bit and found some kind of solution on fastreport forum (https://www.fast-report.com/en/forum/lofiversion/index.php/t5537.html), I opened fr3 report in FastReport version 4.9.314 studio, and modified report with putting "uses frxSaveFRX;" in the first line of fr3 report code. Unfortunatelly this solution doesn't work for me. For example I have a rather simple report with header, footer and some data bands, but after conversion and opening the file in Fastreport.NET version 1.9.1 I get only maybe 5 % of original report. I get only header and footer and code commented out. Apart from that I get header and footer with iregular fonts and image sizes. I supose i am doing wrong something. Any help/suggestions are welcome.
