lock objects in data band

I'm using FS 5.1.5 that came with Delphi XE8. I'm designing reports that will be printed on pre-printed forms. So long as I don't use data bands, all of the field positions are maintained properly. However, when I try using data bands for repeating data, it all falls apart. FS collapses all of the white space in the data bands and thus ruins my field layout. Is there a way to lock the position of objects when using data bands so this doesn't happen?

Go to menu View-Options and uncheck Show band captions option, then set MasterData top position to 0

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
