Changes in the download list

In version 4 we have the changes.txt in the download list.

It would very helpfull to add changes.txt in version's 5 download list.

That's fine as far as it goes, but I'd like to see information in that list about which changes were made in which "patch release" not just grouped by "minor release" number. It's expensive time-wise to install and test every "patch release" when the fixes / improvements turn out to be not relevant for our suite of applications. It would be good to be able to skip patches and only target those which directly impact our software.

Something like:

Looks like the good people at FR have responded to our posts! The Embarcadero version of FR that came with RAD Studio 10 Seattle (v5.3.14) has started to identify fixes & changes by minor version number.

Thanks folk, this will be much appreciated if it is the new "normal"
