Fast Report 4 Rad Studio XE2, Error msg in editor : cannot find class Datasets, Formats, Variables

Hello,

I am using Delphi (Rad Studio) XE2 with Fast-Report 4.13.
When I run my (until now working) program in Debug mode with a Datamodule containing all Reporting components an 4 Datasets (IBDac), at the moment the program does the
"frxReport.LoadfromFile" it returns
these Error messages in editor :
cannot find class Datasets,
cannot find class Formats,
cannot find class Variables

In Post a similar problem was mentioned, but I can't find a solution for me.
I downloaded the Zip file, replaced the files but nothing happened.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
