Blank lines suppressed when exporting to a simple text file

I have a problem that when I export my report to a simple text file, all the blank lines are suppressed, I don't want the lines to be suppressed. How can I prevent this? I want to a text file looks exactly like in preview. Also in some of the complicated reports, when exporing to text file, some of the fields are shifted and are not line up like in preview. I'm new to FastReports so I have no idea how to fix these problems. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

    Set frxSimpleTextExport1.EmptyLines to True

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
