HTML5 embeded in email not displayed correctly.

When I include an HTML5 report as the body of an email, it shows as text inside Outlook and outlook adds a bar that says "If there are problems with how this message is displayed, click here to view it in a browser". If I click to view in a browser, it shows as formatted and not text but the alignment is screwy. If I take the same HTML5 export and save it to a file it looks perfect in a browser. I have been using hand coded html for a while without issues.

What do you think is happening? I am not using Fast Reports mailer.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
