Display image FRom datacolumn

PLEASE PLEAsE PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP, the picture object is not showing the image from the datacolumn even I've set the its datacolumn property to the column of datatable that contain the binary data but it does'nt show the image in the report.

I am using mysql and the column datatype is mediumblob.
