I want them to stay to gether(Header & Data)

I tried all the options, but the header and the data are seperating at the end of the page.
I want them to stay together. I tried all the options like "keep detail", "keep together" and "keep with data".

How can i solve this problem ?

but i looked and tried. Group header does not solve my problem.
