Latest TeeChart, FR4 recompile and XE6

I installed the latest FR, TeeChart and I am trying to use the recompile utility to change my TeeChart version (Windows 8.1 and Delphi XE6) but it looks like i always get an error "Cannot find folder with lib files" although I do define the folder where the lib files are (C:\xxxxxxxxx\TeeChart Pro 2014 Full Source Code\Sources\Compiled\Delphi20.win32\Lib). Am I doing something else wrong or is there an issue with the recompile utility?

Compiling for XE5 works, there is something about XE6 that the recompile tools has problems with.
