Freereport DLL

A few years ago i made a program that made use of the frObj.dll.
I downloaded it from www.swfkit.com. But that site is no longer online.
(the file i downloaded can be found here
I believe it was a dll version of the freereport.

But lately I got some complaints that it doesn't work on windows8 64 bit.
When they try to register the dll there's this error

It only happens in windows8 64 bit
Since SWFKit is no longer online ,
could you tell me where i can download a new dll version of freereport or how i can convert it to a dll?
Or is there another way to register this dll?

Any help would be very appreciated

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
