Can you open an ADOQuery AND prepare a FR report in a Service/Thread?

Can someone confirm if it's possible to create and open an ADOQuery and, with the results, create and prepare a FR report in a Service/Thread?
I'm having problems with this -see my other post- and need to know if that is possible or not. Also I had to abandon a project with IntraWeb, because the same problem.
The examples I've seen for a Thread are not using both, only a report with an already set query, so I'm guessing that's not possible...
Please give me your advice to keep trying or find another way!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
