About duplicate on two column

I have a table, it has 3 columns, they're sale order, material and specification, 1 sale order has more materials, and 1 material has some specifications, see attachment 1

i want to merge sale order and material column, but after i set sale order and material column's duplicate property to merge, pls see attachment 2.

i hope material column can be merge, but it shound not be merged cross sale order, hope get reply. >1424263382256415986.jpg
