Export Filters

We have been working with the evaluation version of FR2.5 and have problems with the export filters, as described in the 2.5FAQ on the website:

<span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'>Q: 1.4. Export filters (word, html, text) work ugly.
A: (text is shifted, empty lines and so on)
FR coordinates measured in the pixels; MSWord, html, txt has line-oriented data representation. When exporting to such formats, FR inevitably distorts the layout. Try to play with X and Y factors in the export options.
</span>

Basically we want to produce 1 report that looks good in RTF format and then simply be able to save it out as PDF, TXT, HTM etc. To do this at the moment we need to have 4 reports with slightly different layouts which is un-managable.

Does V3 work any differently or will we still have the same issues.
On a different note to export to pdf, rtf etc. with V3 do we still need to buy the praggnan plugin's.

Thanks guys.

    Just download the FR3 compiled demo (which has all exports included) and check how they work.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
