Modal vs Non-Modal Report

Our customers complain that when they run a report it is always modal and they cant access the application while the report is showing. In the designer..PreviewOptions
there is a modal setting this does not seem to work when set to false. The preview is still modal and after doing a preview the modal property is set back to True!

Any ideas? Also my Preview property is set to blank because there is no TfrxPreviewOptions component on the tool Palette that I can put on the form or data module.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
