"stack overflow" by "Link with runtime packages"

We have FastReport Embarcadero Edition with C++Builder XE5
when in project file options is not checked "Link with runtime packages" and "Link with dynamic RTL" ,
after call function TfrxReport::PrepareReport generated error "stack overflow at 0x00522624"
This take place in all samples from directory D:\Program Files\FastReports\Demos\BCB Demos
when this options is checked - all very well
What is this ?

    FastReport 4.15.4. Link with runtime package same error - "stack overflow"

    We have same problem with Embarcader C++ Builder XE5 update 2 and FastReport version 4.15.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
