Fail to compile ConverterRB2FR.pas in XE4

I encounter

[dcc32 Error] ConverterRB2FR.pas(766): E2003 Undeclared identifier: 'DecimalSeparator'

when trying to compile unit ConverterRB2FR.pas in XE4.

It should have written as Formattings.DecimalSeparator.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
