PDF encryption/decryption

I am using FR 4.1.14.2 with Delphi 2007 prior to migrating to XE4 and am trying to create an encrypted report. I export the report via a TfrxPDFExport component and set both the UserPassword and OwnerPasswords. frxCrypt is included in the uses clause of the report form. The report is generated OK and is converted to a PDF. It is apparently encrypted OK, but trying to open the file with Adobe Reader after giving it the correct password (either user or owner), fails to decrypt the file correctly. I get a message "Out of Memory" and a blank PDF screen.

Any help out there would be appreciated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
