Ctrl+c and ctrl+v doesn't work on designer

Hello. I'm new using Fast Report 4 and I have a little problem.
When I try to cut/copy and paste using shortcuts Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V , It doesn't work. I have to click toolbar buttons.
Is there any way to activate this?
