Paint blank row if blank

Hi huys i need help whit this, what a i need is using the "Conditional Highlightnig" tool, put a background color when is blank

this is the example i have

this funtion paint every row, but i need to paint just empty row or empty field

i will be greatfull if you help me >

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
