problem in windows 8

i installed fast report in windows 8
but it's Designer doesn't run! [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> just Viewer runs but it display this error (attaced file) when i move mouse on it![/img]

There are many ways to bypass Windows 8 password on Google , like the Windows Password Key, Windows Recovery, which is bestter ? personally, i use the first software ,even if it is the best Windows password recovcory tool , and it has helped me to restore lost Password
