Problem with PageFooter

On my report I have PageFooter with PrintOnFirstPage:= False - it looks be ok, PageFooter is not printed on the first page, but the space of this is not filled by Detail rows - is simly blank. Is possible to fill this space by Detail rows?

    no it just sets the page footer to invisible.
