How to change language now...??

Hi...

After installing the newest version of FR3, the designer and preview interfaces are only in english. If I try to use the recompile.exe - as done in earlier versions - nothing happens -> the interfaces are still in english. I noticed a new way to use frc files! Is this the only possibility now to change the langugage...?

    I copy different language's frc content and write some coding with these language variable content to direct change the fast report system constant. It works
