Some problem with cbuilder 6.0

Hello
I use C++Builder 6 and FastReport 3.09
At designtime all designer controls the designer work ok (bold, italic, zoom
tool etc)
When at runtime they don't work...
Any suggestions?

    Do not use XP manifest. This is a known VCL problem solved in Delphi7 and above.

    It's not a real solution for the problem itself.
