Where to find users.xml

Hello.

We are implementing fast report server at the moment.
We found that there is an option to regulate which users can see which reports.
There is a definition in the file 'config.xml', which links to the file 'users.xml'.

The problem:
We can't find the users.xml and we don't know anything of its structure and how it works.
Is there anybody out there who can help?

    you can manage the users.xml file by the fastreport configuration-tool.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
