what is the matter with the text object

i have made a report use the ver3.1 and i want to add some additional to my report text object,such as (Name : [frxDBDataset1."Name"]),i just added the "Name :" string to the text object ,then i preview the report it show me a error tell me without that field.but in the examples install this can do,what is the matter?

    The format that you show is correct. Therefore I would suspect that the field itself if not present. Try dragging the required field from the dataset and then double click the field and add the require text using the displayed memo editing tool.
