Installation of D5 and D9 Copies

I use Delphi5 and Delphi2005 on the same machine and want to install both FR3_20 copies on it...
I first installed the copy for Delphi5 and it works.
But when I try to install the Copy for Delphi2005 I only can deinstall my old copy... Isn't it possible to install two diffferent versions of FR3_20 ?

Install Delphi2005(or other version) version.
After install in registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
deletet the "{94193511-2FD7-4034-1A92-F9029351D928}" folder(section).
Install Delphi7(or other) Version.
