I am sorry because this theme already was treated here. I need translate the Fast Report resources to spanish and I cannot do that. I other version (3.05, I think) there was more easy.

You have to run mk.bat in the folder
C:\Program Files\FastReports\FastReport 3\Res\Spanish
and recompile the packages afterwards.
