  If you make the Rich Edit window a little wider, you should see buttons for alignment. There are also buttons for Bold, Italics, Underline.

  The standard RichEdit control and the Rx version doesn't know the justified text-align, because they are wrappers of the windows richedit control and it also doesn't know. The only control I know that handling it (in Delphi environment) is in the WPTools pack. And FR uses the standard and the Rx version.
