National Languages and code pages

I have problem with National languages. When I use "Recompile Wizard" and recompile language to "Poland" (recompile all packages) I see nice national names but I lost code pages. Its use strange code pages. I need standard WIN1250...
How I can use national names with ma code page? How I can set code page in FS?
Can I have different code pages in Delphi and FS?

    Have same problem (Czech) with 3.18. I have to use \res from version 3.15.
