I see this question and all kinds of complaints a very lot. I suppose that you could ask your questions to the reseller in your country.
I see it as buying a new car: you go to a local car dealer asking him your questions and take the car out for a drive. You don't go to the factory.
But.. I am the FastReport reseller in the Benelux, (no. 10 in the reseller list on the FastReport website) and you are invited to ask me all the questions that you have.
