can't input Chinese in edit control

I have tried "ask for parameters" in frdemo.exe(fast report 3.0),but can't input Chinese into the edit control when preview.
But it's quite well for fast report 2.4,I have tried "input text" in frdemo.exe for that version.

    FR2.4 and FR3.0 are not unicode-enabled. Both uses the same TEdit.

    This question is really exists.I can PASTE Chinese in it, but can not INPUT Chinese in it. It is puzzled.
