Fantastic Product... no support!

Dear FastReport Team,

You're doing such a fantastic job with your product...
you're writing nice manuals...

... and we get virtually no support! ;)
(even if Gord is doing a great job!)

There's the forum, there are newsgroups, there is a nice ticketting system...
my last few posts all caught some views, but no answer at all!

That's a real big shame and I wouldn't complain if I didn't love the product so much!

What's the recommended way to get support?
Are there plans to improve support?
Is anybody reading this?
Is anybody alive? ;)
