Text Export problem

I have a report that is printing correctly.
Correctly exported in some format but with TXT filter, a lot of lines are not exported.
This problem occurs when there is a master-detail or group in my report.
Report with only 1 level of detail exports correctly ?
I have open a call to the support 1 month ago, but no answer !
