Object Inspector Freezes

The Objectinspector is loaded undocked but it doesn't repond anymore on keyboard or mouse. The thing is System Stay On Top, Scrollwheel still works inside it and a click on it activates the app like it should. F11 works as wanted but not in the Object inspector.

What to do to get him activated?

    ok, deleting the fastrep regkeys brings it back to a usable state. However saving the objectinspector undocked and reopening the designer locks it again so you should not save the objectinspector undocked! BUG!
