Picture not exported with frxHtmlExport

Hi
My report contains a text and a picture. When i export the report to html by code using frxHtmlExport the export doesn't contain the picture...only the text.
When i look into the folder which contains the export files the exported picture is not available.
Any suggestions

Set TfrxHTMLExport.ExportPictures to True

That's the first parameter i set to true when making exports
any support/suggestions...am i the only one who has this issue?
